UML's newly-elected central committee holds first meeting in Sauraha

CHITWAN, Dec 1: The newly-elected central working committee of the CPN-UML held its first meeting in Sauraha on Tuesday. The new working committee was elected from the UML 10th National Congress which concluded on Tuesday. 

The meeting thanked all for extending cooperation in organizing the National Congress as well as to the erstwhile working committee. 

Devi Gyawali, the central committee member who participated in the meeting, said that newly-elected party Chairman KP Sharma Oli on the occasion directed the party rank and file to work with dedication so as to scoop a single victory for the party in the upcoming three tier elections. 

He committed to moving forward by further making the party stronger. Gyawali said the party Chairman Oli has called the next meeting of the central working committee for December 11 and 12. 

The UML 10th National General Convention was inaugurated on November 26 in Narayangardh and it concluded Tuesday by electing the 301-member new working committee.
