KATHMANDU, Nov 21: CPN-UML's Shyam Ghimire has taken the lead in Kathmandu Constituency-7.
According to the latest figures, while Ghimire has garnered 950 votes, Ganesh Parajuli of Rastriya Swatantra Party, has bagged 856 votes.
