A team of CPN UML Dhading led by CPN UML politburo members Rajendra Pandey and Gangalal Tuladhar along with bereaved family members of Thapa submitted a memorandum to Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal who is also a senior CPN UML leader on Tuesday demanding the action against the culprits.
The CPN UML Dhading accused UCPN (Maoist) party behind the murder of its cadre.
