KATHMANDU, Feb 14: Nepali Congress leader Ram Chandra Poudel has said that the main opposition party, CPN-UML has no right to register an impeachment motion against four chief justices of the Supreme Court. Stating that the UML had lost the case of dissolving the parliament following the decision of the apex court, leader Poudel argued that the UML cannot put forward an impeachment motion.
Talking to media persons on Monday, Poudel added that any decision made by the Supreme Court is the final decision and that the UML cannot register an impeachment motion inorder to challenge those decisions.

He also claimed that Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota would reject such proposals from the parliament if it is introduced by the UML.
He also claimed that the impeachment motion was registered against the Chief Justice at the parliament by the coalition lawmaker in order to bring justice to the people. He also expressed confidence that the current stalemate in the Supreme Court would be resolved and the Nepali people would get justice.
