UK minister returns

KATHMANDU, May 28: UK´s Minister of State for International Development Alan Duncan returned home on Friday after a two-day visit to Nepal.



Before leaving Kathmandu, he urged political leaders to forge consensus to break the political deadlock.



"All I want to to do is encourage and support everyone in the hope that a result can be reached for the long-term good of Nepal," Duncan said.



The UK minister held high-level political meetings and also visited development projects funded by the UK assistance.
