Federal Socialist Forum Nepal Chairman Upendra Yadav, Tarai Madhesh Democratic Party Chairman Mahanth Thakur, Sadbhawana Party Chairman Upemdra Mahato and Tarai Madhesh Sadbhawana Party Chairman Mahendra Raya Yadav are returning home today after their plan to meet Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Indian National Congress Chairperson Sonia Gandhi could not be materialized.UDMF leaders are due to return Kathmandu via a flight of Jet Airways.
UDMF top leaders had embarked to New Delhi visit leaving the ungoing talks with the government mid-way to discuss the issues of Madhes protest with Indian leaders some four days ago.
Prior to return today, UDMF leaders are set to hold talks with Bharatiya Janata Party leader Ram Madhab this afternoon. UDMF leaders had held talks with Nationalist Congress leader Tareeq Anwar this morning.
They are also participating at a conference organized by Ratriya Swayamsewak Sangh at 3 pm today.
