The unruly protestors put the police post in Koladi Basain-1 of the district on fire this morning, said District Chairperson of Rastriya Samajbadi Party Gajendra Mandal.
There have been demonstrations in different parts of the district since early this morning in protest of the killing of demonstrators.
The demonstrators have been staging protest in district headquarters Rajbiraj since this morning.
The Saptari district administration has imposed curfew in headquarters Rajbiraj and in the area from Koshi Barrage to Balan rivulet in the west along the East-West Highway for an indefinite period. RSS
