U-19 Asia Cup: Nepal sets target of 132 runs for Afghanistan to chase

KATHMANDU, Oct 1: Nepal U-19 cricket team winning the toss opt to bat first against Afghanistan and set a target of 132 runs in the ongoing ACC U-19 Asia Cup, Bangladesh on Monday.

Losing all the wickets, Nepal only managed to collect 131 runs playing 38.3 overs. Rohit Kumar Paudel scored highest 49 runs for the Nepali team.

Likewise, Rashid Khan, Aarif Sheikh and Rit Gautam scored 29, 20 and 10 runs respectively. Azamtullah Omarzai took highest 4 wickets for Afghanistan whereas Abdul Rahman and Qais Ahmad took equal 2-2 wickets each in the match.
