PALPA, April 26: District Police Office has arrested two women with 39 kg of marijuana. Police discovered the illicit stuffs from a bus, Lu 1 Kha 5731, heading to Butwal from Gulmi on Wednesday afternoon.

Mankumari Chalaune, 39, of Banke and Rajipura Roka, 34, of Rolpa have been arrested. Police have also taken the bus driver and conductor into custody to investigate over their involvement in the transaction of the items.
The police have informed that the accused are being interrogated and investigating to find out the network.
