KATHMANDU, May 1: Two more patients have tested positive for the novel coronavirus disease on Friday.
According to Dr Samir Kumar Adhikari, assistant spokesperson for the Ministry of Health and Population, a 25-year-old man from Rupandehi and another 60-year-old man from Nepalgunj of Banke district have been diagnosed with the disease. “Both of them are under supervision of medics and their condition is normal,” Dr Adhikari informed Republica Online.
With this, the total confirmed cases of COVID-19 have climbed to 59. Sixteen of them have already recovered while no death has been reported so far.
