Two Nepali youths killed in a car accident in Virginia, USA

Two Nepali youths, Suresh KC from Rukum and Bibek Subedi from Bardiya, lost their lives in the early morning accident on Friday in Chantilly, Virginia, USA, according to NBC Washington.

KATHMANDU, Nov 23: Two Nepali youths, Suresh KC from Rukum and Bibek Subedi from Bardiya, lost their lives in the early morning accident on Friday in Chantilly, Virginia, USA, according to NBC Washington. Two additional people, including the driver, were injured in the accident. 


According to local media, the Ford Mustang car, which was speeding, crashed into a tree near the roadside. The police stated that the accident was caused by the driver's negligence. The driver, Bijay Tamang, and Mohan Shrestha were injured. In any case, both are reported to be in stable condition.

The 30-year-old driver, Tamang, has been arrested by the police. He will face charges of double homicide. According to the police, he was heavily intoxicated at the time of the accident.
