KATHMANDU, Jan 10: Two Nepalis, 55-year-old Karna Khadka and 20-year-old Nishchal Bhatta, lost their lives in a car accident in Virginia, USA.
According to NBC Washington, the incident occurred around 7:30 AM on Thursday when their car slid on ice and plunged into a pond in the parking lot of the Wyndham Hotel in Chantilly, Virginia. The car fell into 10 feet of water, and both men drowned.

By the time police arrived for the rescue, they had already passed away, the report stated.
Khadka had worked in housekeeping at the same hotel and had brought his nephew Bhatta there, promising to help him get a job.
