BAJHANG, Nov 6: Two people died in a tractor accident in Bajhang district on Monday.
According to police, the tractor (Sudurpashchim Province 01-002 Ta 5724) met with an accident on an inner road section at Kanda, Thalara Rural Municipality-2.

DSP Tek Bahadur Jora, spokesperson for the Provincial Traffic Police Office, Attariya, said that 60-year-old Pamle Khati and 62-year-old Jase Khati, both residents of Thalara-2, died on the spot.
The tractor driver, 45-year-old Khushi Ram Chaudhary of Godawari Municipality-4, Kailali, sustained serious injuries to his chest and left leg. He is undergoing treatment at the District Hospital.
Police said the tractor plunged around 500 meters off the road.
