The deceased have been identified as Bhawilal Thapa, 23, and Devilal Thapa, 25, of Diga, Khalanga-7.
Police in Jajarkot district said the two had taken the ferry to fetch rocks to build the house of Bhadrabir Thapa in Kalegaon of Khalanga-9. Eight people were traveling in the ferry.
