Parmeshwar Mukhiya of Chatari-8 of Siraha district was kidnapped by a gang of some three-four armed people at 3 a.m. on Saturday. Police have suspected that Mukhiya was kidnapped after he denied paying donation to the gang.
Likewise, Sumlal Sah of Bathanaha-9, Saptari district was kidnapped by an unidentified armed gang on Friday night while he was sleeping, said the Eastern Regional Police Office, Biratnagar.
