BIRGUNJ, Dec 28: Parsa Police have made public two people with 48 kilograms of marijuana after arrest on Thursday.
Police today paraded 30-year-old Sharma Prasad Kalwal of Bahudarmai Municipality -9 and his younger brother Gambhira Sah, 27
They were made public with the banned narcotics drug at a press conference organized at District Police Office, Parsha this afternoon.
DSP Limbu said they confiscated 23 kg of marijuana along with a scissor and staple from Sharma’s room and 25 kg marijuana and scales from Gambhira’s room.
Acting on a tip-off, a police team led by Limbu had raided their rooms on December 25.
Police have initiated investigation into the case on a 4-day remand under the Narcotics Drug Act, 2033.
