KAPILVASTU, Dec 4: Two people died on the spot when a tractor (Lu 4 Ta 2402) met with an accident at Buddhabhumi Municipality-3, Kapilvastu.  

The tractor, which was carrying laborers to load sand, fell 20 meter down the road. The deceased have been identified as local residents Shivkumari Tharu, 48, and 16 year old Fulkumari Tharu, according to the Area Police Office, Gorusinghe.

Similarly, people who were injured in the accident have been identified as Balram Sunar, Krishna BK, Sarita Tharu and Seema Tharu. They are receiving treatment at various hospitals. According to Inspector Lilaram Acharya of the Area Police Office, Gorusinghe, the tractor met with the accident due to over speed. Further investigation is underway.
