Shankar Chaudhary, 22, and Chheppa, 28, of the village adjoining the Bardiya National Park were electrocuted when they tripped on the live wire kept by the park authorities to control elephants.
Police Inspector Basu Dev Khatiwada said the duo died while undergoing treatment following the incident that occurred at three in the morning.
