DHADING, May 13:  Two parked container trucks were set on fire at Chalise, Dhunibesi Municipality-6 of Dhading on early Sunday.

R J 42 Ga 5021 and R J 42 Ga 0756 Indian plated container trucks en route to Mugling from Kathmandu were gutted in fire said Police.


With the help of four bulldozers soil was sprinkled around the burnt containers in order to stop fire from spreading around. After two hours of the incident, Fire extinguisher from Kathmandu Metropolitan was taken to control the fire. There have been no human casualties however; electrical wires were burnt for which the electricity has been cut off.  The reason behind the fire is unknown said DSP Ram Bahadur KC, District Police Office, Dhading.
