BIRGUNJ, July 27: A team formed under the Commision for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA), Hetauda caught two people red-handed with 110 thousand from Dhobini rural municipality of Parsa.

They had taken 10 percent commision from Consumer committee after taking responsibility for pitching Sansarimai temple and a road section.
Out of two arrested, Anamul Hak of Pacharauta-2, Bara, Non gazetted officer and Krishna Nandan Yadav of Garuda-6, Rautahat, Accountant at Dhobini rural municipality.
