Two arrested over illegally operating VoIP

KATHMANDU, June 17: Two persons were arrested in a raid by Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) on a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) call bypass racket in Jaishidaval, on Friday.



The identities of those arrested have not been revealed as yet. The CIB team acting in a tip-off was able to nab two amongst the three along with VoIP equipment.



Bureau’s DIG Rajendra Singh Bhandari said that they have identified the third person involved and are searching for him.
