KATHMANDU, June 29: The Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH) has decided to continue providing health insurance coverage. The hospital’s Information Officer Ram Bikram Adhikari said in a press release that it has been decided to continue health insurance.
On June 17, the TUTH announced that it will stop giving health insurance from June 29.
The Health Insurance Board had written a letter to the TUTH on June 28, telling it not to stop the service.
The hospital has stated that it will continue the insurance program after the insurance board wrote a letter saying that it would send the insurance amount claimed by the hospital.
