Comedian Kedar Prasad Ghimire aka Magne Buda was penalized on Wednesday after violating traffic rules.
He was fined Rs 500 for not wearing seat-belt while driving his car to New Baneswor from Gwarko. Ghimire then went Metropolitan Traffic Police Office, Ramshahpath and received his driving license after paying the fine.
