Nabin Pande Magar, a second grader, was killed in the accident.
The tractor (Lu 1 Ta 8972) ran over Magar while he was walking along the road. Relatives have not picked up the boy´s body as police have not reached the site.
The tractor´s driver fled the scene after the incident.
