The deceased has been identified as Anup BC, 18 of Rukumkot-2 of the district. The tractor (Bhe 1 Ta 4907) met with the accident due to brake failure, informed the District Police Office, Rukum. [break]
The victim was thrown out of the tractor while he was trying to negotiate a turn with the non-functioning brakes at Kapra of Rukumkot-9.
The driver´s helper survived the mishap jumping out of the tractor. The deceased´s body has been kept at the district hospital for post mortem.
