KATHMANDU, March 29: The government is all set to extend the nationwide lockdown for another week in a bid to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
A meeting of the Council of Ministers is taking place today to make a formal decision in this connection, sources said.
Prior to the cabinet meeting, a meeting of the high-level coordination committee on the prevention and containment of COVID-19 is being held today itself. The week-long lockdown enforced by the government is ending at 6 AM on Tuesday.
