KATHMANDU, July 14: Bishwadeep Tigela (London) has been reelected to the post of the Chairman of Global Federation of Nepali Literature.
The 24-member committee was reconstituted on July 13, on the occasion of Bhanujayanti.
Surendra Paradeshi (India) is senior Vice-Chairman of the Federation while Sagar Shrestha (Nepal) and Denjom Sampang (Bhutan, currently in USA) are Vice-Chairmen.
Similarly, Dr Lekhnath Kafle (Taiwan), Kedar Sanket (Afghanistan) are General Secretary and Secretary of the Federation respectively.
Hari Siwakoti (Canada) has been elected as Secretary while Sabitra Luintel (Israel) as Finance Secretary and Ramesh Kandel (Nepal) as Finance Joint-Secretary.
There are 24 branches of the Federation in 17 countries.
It was established on July 13, 2010. RSS
