KATHMANDU, Sept 12: A meeting of Central Secretariat of the agitating Tharuhat/Tharuwan Joint Struggle Committee on Saturday formed a three-member team for talks with the ruling parties.

The meeting in Kathmandu formed the team to build conducive environment for talks, said spokesperson Amanlal Modi, also the member of the team.

“We taken the decision of major parties to defer clause-wise voting of the constitution bill positively,” Modi told Myrepublica, “But, we have concluded that the time is not enough.”

According to him, the other members of the team are Raj Kumar Lekhi and Minraj Chaudhary.

The committee had been ignoring the government’s repeated call for talks.
