KAWASOTI, Oct 7: Ten people were injured in a head-on collision between a passenger bus and a micro-bus at Lokaha of Nawalparasi on the East-West highway early this morning.
The accident took place at around 6:15 am when the bus (Na6Kha887) heading to Kathmandu from Butwal collided with the micro-bus (Ba2Kha2041) coming from the opposition direction. The situation of the micro-bus driver is reported to be critical, according to the Area Police Office, Nawalpur.
Of the injured, five are undergoing treatment at the Devchuli hospital in Daldale while three seriously injured where rushed to the Chitwan Medical College. Of the injured, one has been identified as Krishna Rayamajhi and Ankit Panthi of Arghakhanchi, police said. RSS
