KATHMANDU, Feb 28: Tele Digital Services Pvt. Ltd., a Google Workspace Authorized Direct Reseller in Nepal, has urged businesses to verify their Google Workspace subscriptions amid rising cases of account suspensions linked to unauthorized vendors.
Several organizations have recently faced email disruptions, restricted access to shared drives and operational setbacks after purchasing subscriptions outside Google’s approved reseller network, according to a press statement issued by Tele Digital.

According to the company, the official price of Google Workspace in Nepal is USD 7 per user per month. Plans offered below this rate may signal non-compliance. It also warned that education-specific plans sold to non-educational institutions violate licensing policies and increase the risk of enforcement action.
“Many businesses were unaware of the risks. We urge organizations to immediately audit their subscriptions to safeguard business continuity,” said Nikhhil Kheradi, Head of Business & Marketing at Tele Digital Services.
The company said it is offering free compliance consultations to help firms verify their subscriptions and migrate to authorized plans if necessary. Tele Digital stated that it has served more than 60 clients across sectors including finance, education, healthcare, retail, and professional services.
Businesses using subscriptions priced below the official rate or those uncertain about their procurement source have been advised to seek verification without delay, the statement reads.
