Tata Sumo accident in Kavre leaves 10 injured, three in critical condition

KATHMANDU, April 24: An accident involving a Tata Sumo in Kavre has left 10 people injured, with three women in critical condition. 


The accident occurred at Bhumlu Rural Municipality-5, Mulabari, when the driver of Tata Sumo (Na 1 Ja 6291), which was en route to Banepa from Chauri Deurali Rural Municipality, lost control over the vehicle.

According to Rajkumar Shrestha, Deputy Superintendent of Police of District Police Office, Kavre, the vehicle was carrying eight women and two men.                                                                                                          


According to the police, the injured were referred to Dhulikhel Hospital for further treatment after receiving first aid at Kolati Primary Health Center. According to the police, the Tata Sumo fell about 30 to 35 meters off the road.
