Tata Safari Storme now in Nepal

KATHMANDU Aug 2: Tata Safari Storme is now available in Nepal. Sipradi Trading, the authorized distributor of Tata vehicles in Nepal, launched the vehicle, billed the ´Real SUV´, amid a function on Thursday.



Officials of Sipradi Trading said the Safari Storme is a combination of luxury and comfort with raw power and supreme off-road performance.

“We are sure that the look and off-road capability of the Safari Storme will delight our consumers in Nepal,” Gurnidner Singh, country manager, Passenger Vehicles Business Unit of Tata Motors for Nepal and Bhutan, said. [break]



“The new Tata Safari Storme is a refined beast delivering a performance of 0 - 100 km/hr in fewer than 15 seconds. Its 2.2 L VariCOR engine, turbocharged with VTT (variable turbine technology), delivers 140 PS power and 320 NM torque, providing easy driveability,” the company said in a statement.



The Tata Safari Storme has an all new front look grill, side cladding, and new projector headlamps. According to the company aerodynamically designed spoilers, new pull-type door handles and ergonomically designed side foot-steps, ensures easy entry and exit.



The price of Safari Storme prices start at Rs 3.78 million. Sipradi is providing warranty of 2 years or 75,000kms, whichever is earlier, on the Safari Storme.
