KATHMANDU, Nov 21: A three-day Global Service Camp, an event of Tata Motors Ltd, kicked off in Kathmandu on Tuesday. Sipradi Trading Pvt Ltd, the sole distributor of Tata Motors for Nepal, is organizing the event at Sipradi Service Center. Issuing a statement on Tuesday, Sipradi Trading said that CEO and Managing Director of Tata Motors Ltd, Guenter inaugurated the service camp. This is the first visit to Nepal by Tata Motors CEO and Managing Director in Tata's 35 years of operations in Nepal, according to the statement. On the occasion, Tata Motors also launched its latest offering -- ATA Magna Bus -- and also organized free eye camp and health check up as well as traffic and AIDS awareness. This is the second time that Tata Motors is conducting Global Service Camp in Nepal, according to the company.
