KATHMANDU, Sept 2: Tata Motors Car Mela -- an annual event of Sipradi Trading Pvt Ltd kicked off at Naxal Banquet, Naxal from Wednesday. Issuing a press release, the company said the third season of the annual exhibition showcases different Tata passenger vehicles.
