TEHRATHUM, Nov 20: An Improvised Explosive Device (IED) object has been found at Tute in Laligurans Municipality -1 on Monday morning.
According to Inspector Ganesh Koirala, In-chage of Area Police Office, Basantapur, a bag containing explosives, wire, along wit a set of battery used for detonating IED were found on the way to Makalu Wine Industries this morning.
