Superintendent of Police Tulasi Prasad Adhikari said that Rabindra Saud, 22, of Jhalari Pipaladi Municipality-5 in Kanchanpur was arrested from Bag Bazaar in Kathmandu.
Saud had been suspended from his job after he was accused of attempting to murder his wife with a khukuri some five months ago. RSS
