KATHMANDU, Oct 31: The Supreme Court has ordered the government not to relieve General Manager of Gorkhapatra Corporation Basanta Prakash Upadhyaya from the post. On Sunday, a cabinet meeting held at Baluwatar had decided to do so.
A single bench of justice Ishwar Khatiwada had issued the order against the government's decision. Following the government's decision, Upadhyaya had reached the supreme court for justice.
