KATHMANDU, Jan 21:The Supreme Court on Thursday asked for the notice of dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR) published in Nepal Gazette.

Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JBR, during the hearing on the writ petitions at the Constitutional Bench, wanted to get the House dissolution notice, which was published in the gazette, after President Bidya Devi Bhandari endorsed the recommendation of Prime Minister Oli on December 20 last year.

Advocates duo Om Prakash Aryal and Tika Ram Bhattarai, during the hearing at the Constitutional Bench, said that they were not informed about the notice regarding the dissolution published in the gazette though it was already endorsed by President Bhandari.
