On the occasion, Mayor Shakya said that Shankapark would also be useful not only for entertainment but also for study, adding that opportunities have been received to exchange learning from Nepal's diplomatic relation with Russia.

"Lifestyle of Gagarin, who entered outer space at the age of 27 and died at the age of 34, is example of youth empowerment." Saying Russia was ready to provide technical support to Nepal for its development, Viktor expressed the belief that the technical support would be useful for integrated development. Gagarin had entered outer space on April 12, 1961.  RSS
