KATHMANDU, Jan 8: A state of emergency has been declared in Los Angeles, USA, after a wildfire rapidly spread from 10 acres to 2,900 acres in just a few hours. According to BBC reports, approximately 30,000 people have been ordered to evacuate to safer areas.
