KATHMANDU, April 21: The Standing Committee meeting of the CPN (Maoist Center) is to be held today.
The meeting is scheduled for 1 PM at the party’s central office at Perisdanda, Kathmandu.

The meeting is set to discuss the party’s statute amendment and other contemporary political issues and developments.
The Standing Committee meeting held earlier on Tuesday was focused on the formation of a new government.
Today’s meeting is expected to withdraw the support given to the government led by CPN-UML chairman KP Sharma Oli.
