SSB bullying continues in Indo-Nepal border, 100 Dalit families displaced

GAUSHALA, March 19: Indian Seema Surakshya Bal (SSB) has dismantled houses of hundreds of Dalit families who have been living along no-men's land in Bathnaha VDC of Mahottari district since long back.

With the coercive move the Dalit families have been rendered displaced from the area.

They became helpless when the Indian SSB demolished the houses of 150 families including Musahar, Khatbe and Bin based in wards 5,6,7, and 8 of the VDC.

Around 300 Dalit family members of Bathnaha VDC living along the no-men's land are being stranded after the SSB forced them to vacate the area, said Shreechan Sada of Bathnaha-6. RSS
