Along with men´s half marathon, women´s 10 km race and 3 km race for schoolchildren will also be conducted on the day.
The organizers, in a press conference on Tuesday, informed that the top three athletes will get Rs 20,000, Rs 15,000 and Rs 10,000 respectively.
Foundation stone of regional stadium laid
CHITWAN, April 13: Finance Minister Surendra Pandey and Minister for Youth and Sports Ganesh Tiwari Nepali on Tuesday jointly laid the foundation stone of the regional stadium in Chitawan, Tikauli.
The ministers assured that the government is ready to provide all support to build the stadium.
Minister Pandey informed that the government has allocated Rs 10 million for the project this fiscal and that it would offer more financial aid in the next fiscal.
