Spice relaunches S-707N<br/>Shine bank in profit

KATHMANDU, Aug 18: Teletalk Private Limited, the sole authorized distributor of Spice Mobile phones in Nepal, has relaunched Spice S-707N in black color in Nepali market. These phones come at a reduced price of Rs 6,295 per unit. [break]



The phone, which comes with an in-built 512MB memory, is designed to suit m-commerce needs, according to a press release issued by the company. “This phone, available in grey color as well, also comes equipped with FM player, Bluetooth, and surround-sound Yamaha speakers,” states the release. “It also has powerful SMS features, including SMS scheduler, SMS auto responder and SMS search and delete.”



Spice Mobiles has been present in Nepali market for over a year now.





Shine bank in profit



KATHMANDU, Aug 18: Shine Development Bank has earned a net profit of Rs 581,000 in five months of its establishment.



The class ´B´ development bank based in Butwal has collected a deposit worth Rs 314.9 million and disbursed loan of Rs 237.6 million during the period, states a press release issued on Tuesday.



The bank has also opened a branch in Sandhikharka, district headquarters of Arghakhanchi.
