Special police force mobilized in Dharan

DHARAN, Oct 11: In a bid to regulate traffic movement and check growing criminal activities, the Eastern Regional Police Office (ERPO), Biratnagar, has mobilized special police force in Dharan from Sunday. A total of 20 police officers have been mobilized for the purpose.







According to an officer, the force will work under direct orders of the ERPO for about a month. The force has been given the power to take necessary on-the-spot action on its own discretion.



The special police force has set up security check points at several places in the city.
