The showroom is currently focusing on LCD/LED televisions with inbuilt Internet browsing facilities for Facebook, Skype, Twitter, Internet Video, Baravi Internet Widgets and You Tube among others. Other products include Blue Ray players, Virtual 7.1 inch Blue ray Disc 3D home theater system, digital still cameras, Sony Cybershot, professional DSLR cameras, Sony Handycam, Netwrok walkman, car audio and accessories among others.
The latest versions of 3D televisions equipped with Internet are priced in the range of Rs 165,000 to Rs 600,000 and above while other products such as voice recorder are priced between Rs 5,499 and Rs 36,499 and walkman in the range of Rs 8,499 to Rs 23,999.
Yip further added that Sony aims to introduce its entire product range to Nepal.
“The reason behind coming up with international standard showroom is to bring latest version of Sony products closer to the tech savvy Nepali consumers,” the company said.
