Some glimpses of Nepal’s first ‘Lipi Nakha’

‘Ranjana and Nepal Lipi Art Festival’ or ‘Lipi Nakha’ was organized on Saturday by Nepal Lipi Guthi. The festival aimed at promoting Nepal's authentic Lipi (epigraphy) to youngsters such as Ranjana, Nepal Lipi and Bhujimal Lipi along with various creative art and crafts.

‘Ranjana and Nepal Lipi Art Festival’ or ‘Lipi Nakha’ was organized on Saturday by Nepal Lipi Guthi. The festival aimed at promoting Nepal's authentic Lipi (epigraphy) to youngsters such as Ranjana, Nepal Lipi and Bhujimal Lipi along with various creative art and crafts.


On the one day festival there were more than 50 stalls that showcased art and crafts such as wood craft, pottery, chhwali art, jewellery, etc where Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Mayor Bidya Sundar Shakya inaugurated the festival. Here are some photographs of Nepal’s first ‘Lipi Nakha’.
