MUSTANG, Feb 24: Transport in the Upper Mustang has remained affected for past one month as mass of snow has covered the roadway. Snow has turned icy, thus making even the people's movement difficult.

The Upper Mustang folks who had earlier observed the seasonal migration to avoid biting cold have been unable to return to villages due to the adversity.
Lo Ghekar Damordarkund rural municipality's Chair Raju Bista, informed that works to clear the road have been started. The upper Mustang who had earlier come downhill to avert winter cold are waiting for a favorable atmosphere to return homes. RSS
