TAPLEJUNG, Feb 3: The District Court, Taplejung has ordered six people, including the main accused Sabin Limbu, involved in the killing of a forest guard into custody pending further investigation.
The six are accused of killing Ganesh Bahadur Shahi, a forest guard, from Jajarkot district in the western part of the country at local Khokling a month back. A bench of the District Court judge Ashok Kumar Basnet on Thursday handed down the order requiring that the six accused persons including Sabin be remanded to custody.
The others accused remanded to custody in this connection include Dawa Sherpa, Chet Bahadur Gurung, Sarkey Gurung alias Krishna, Nandaram Gurung and Bir Bahadur Gurung. RSS
