At a program organized by Ward No 9 Committee of Nepali Congress Constituency No 2 here Thursday, Singh stressed on the need of making voters´ identity cards as per the record of EC.
He also urged voters to give majority to NC in the upcoming election to the Constituent Assembly (CA) to promulgate democratic constitution and added that democratic constitution would only be promulgated if NC gets majority.
NC candidate of Kathmandu Constituency No 2 Pratima Gautam expressed the belief that voters would choose a democratic party to draft a democratic constitution.
Journalist Purusottam Dahal suggested controlling anarchy and undisciplined activities surfaced in NC.
Vice-chairperson of the Trade Union Congress, Rama Poudel, said that democratic constitution would only be guaranteed if democratic force would be victorious in the election.
A memorial book was released in memory of leader of Nepali democratic movement and leader of NC, Lilanath Dahal, at the program presided over by Ward President of NC, Bhimarjun Acharya.
